Heintschel Tire continues to set the pace for success in an increasingly complex industry and competitive environment. Vice-president and general manager Garry Heintschel serves both customers and the industry through leadership roles as well as interviews in industry publications. Heintschel Tire was recently named Dealer of the Month by Goodyear in this article, "Developing Strong Relationships With Customers"



Family Owned & Operated

Heintschel Tire has earned the loyalty of its customers and the respect of the tire industry during its almost 40 years of operation. Today, the independent family owned and operated business employs three generations of Heintschels in its truck tire center, retread plant, and corporate office.  GM Garry Heintschel became co-owner in 1990 with his mother, Amanda, after the death of his father, Arlen, the company's founder. Heintschel Tire continues today to build on the family tradition of quality, integrity, and innovation.

Award-Winning Retreading     

We built our state-of-the-art retread plant in 1995 as a means of better serving our commercial customers. In order to keep up with increasing demand, we have repeatedly expanded by adding square footage and chambers, upgrading equipment, and adding such leading-edge technology as a medical grade x-ray room for casing inspection.

We have earned the prestigious "Best in Show" award at the World Tire Expo as a result of this dedication to excellence in retreading. We are proud to be named to the "Top 100 Retreaders" by Modern Tire Dealer Magazine each year. 

Committed

What began as a 10-bay passenger and light truck tire retail operation has grown into a dynamic corporation which serves the complex needs of its customers. In 1995 we began production in our new retread facility, and in 2003 completed the transition to commercial tires and retreading by closing our retail division. In 2005 we expanded our industrial tire lines and added a dedicated, specially trained industrial tire sales force. 

Garry Heintschel currently serves the industry through his positions on the board of directors for both TIA and TRIB.

Lasting Relationships

Over the last four decades we have built lasting relationships with our customers, many of which are leaders in their industries.

These include commercial farming, timber, mining, quarry, and freight-hauling operations in a four-state area.
